When we're in stress or overwhelm, taking 3 deep breaths in & out is often all we need to come out of the Sympathetic & back to the Parasympathetic Nervous System.


The Sympathetic Nervous system kicks in when we are or feel like we are in danger. This system is very helpful when we're truly in danger, as it can literally save our lives. And.. when we're not, or no longer in danger it can be maladaptive for us.


When that happens, I encourage you to listen to this track, or take 3 deep breaths.
